My name is Kim Serrano and I am the founder and owner of In Control Cosmetics and Queen Kimmy in Control of Couture on EBay. My inspiration for In Control Cosmetics is to introduce a healthy and affordable line of makeup and suitable for all skin tones. I am currently allergic to dairy, wheat, and soy. The struggle is real, trying to find makeup (especially lipsticks, lipglosses & blushes) that are vegan, gluten free, talc free, affordable and complements my beautiful medium dark skin tone. In Control Cosmetics are vegan, gluten free, paraben free, cruelty free, talc free and free from cross contamination while made in the USA.

Hello my fellow Queens
How are you all?
I just wanted to take the time to thank you for supporting my In Control Cosmetics line when it first premiered back on January 5, 2021. It has been an incredible ride! Some of favorite moments were my interactions (online & in person) with my fellow Queens while discussing all things lipsticks and blushes.
I will never forget it!
Unfortunately, the time has come that I will be closing the doors of In Control Cosmetics at 11:59pm on December 31, 2023. I feel as a businesswoman of an affordable, clean, black owned makeup line, I had already made my mark and ready to venture into something new.
For those who are new to my platform, I am also a proud educator. I feel there is a need for quality educational resources, especially in the black and brown communities and that is where my spirit is telling me to lead.
In the incoming weeks, I will announce my newest business venture that is going to benefit everybody, especially our children in the long run.
Queen Kimmy in Control of Couture is still in business on eBay & Poshmark.
I will also continue to work with My Black Beauty Box and while blogging (Take Control Queens) on my https://whencontrolandcouturecollide.com/take-control-queens-blog website.

*Note...Exceptional customer service is a must at In Control Cosmetics.
In Control Cosmetics does except exchanges and refunds on sealed items only.
No explanation is needed!
You have within fourteen (14) days from your shipping order date in order from your exchanges and refunds to be honored.
The items would need to in its original, sealed, unopened and unused condition and with the receipt/invoice. No exceptions due to hygienic reasons!
Refunds will be processed within one (1) to two (2) weeks... if not sooner.
However In Control Cosmetics will not be responsible for missing, damaged or late arrivals of your item(s). In Control Cosmetics does not have any power on how the United States Postal Service (USPS) works or how long shipping would take especially during the peak holiday seasons.
